Organization
THE CSCA Consortium is supported by contributions from industrial organizations with activities in the CSCA region. Subject to approval by METU and SU participation in the program is open to all interested companies, organizations, educational institutions, and prospective students. Students who receive assistance from the CSCA Consortium must meet the admission standards of the respective educational institution. An integral component of graduate education is research. Research topics are chosen by graduate students, and their academic advisors at the institution where they are enrolled, guided by the educational and research objectives established by the Consortium. All research results are made available to financial contributors in the form of theses, research reports, software and early preprints of papers. Any intellectual property developed at a participating institution under the terms of this Agreement shall be promoted through technical transfer mechanisms already existing at the respective institution. The CSCA Consortium holds an annual review meeting at Middle East Technical University or Stanford University. These events are open to CSCA Consortium sponsors and others who contribute to the work.
